Since its launch in 2015, Kylie Cosmetics focused primarily on lip products. It evolved to incorporate products for face, eye, and brow. After the Kylie and Coty joined forces, the company faced a need for a stand-out mascara that would become a new brand staple.
Thinking about daily use as well as look, Kate created a custom-tooled mascara that featured impactful branding along with an impressive thick mold. The mascara has since became one of customers' favorites to date - and a bestseller.

Whenever a beauty product has beautiful packaging, I'm immediately intrigued, and that was the case with the Kylash Mascara. It comes in a millennial-pink hue with raised, embossed lettering that just screams chic.

"A challenge that felt so worthwhile from the beginning. Budget, technical issues, this was a major push. The mascara had to be fully custom tooled, including the threading, so that the Ky and the Lash would properly line up. I really wanted to make it chunky, to feel great in hand as well as be practical. The mascara is Kylie's signature pink, all matte, with super thick raised lettering 'Kylash' - really one of my favorite designs I've done so far." - Kate
