Another awesome opportunity to create a custom component for Kylie's beautiful cosmetic lineup, Kate focused on a contemporary blind emboss effect with thick raised letters on the base of the lipstick. This lipstick also features a vegan formula, so the product packaging's clean look and feel exterior made for a great visual signifier of the actual lipstick inside. 

"I really wanted these formulas to be perfect, so we spent a lot of time developing and testing different versions of the products until we were really happy with them." And if you were wondering, yes, Kylie is beyond happy with the finished product. "I really love these lipsticks," she says. "They give such great color in one swipe."

Lipstick (primary component)

"The intention was for a luxe chunky lipstick that felt contemporary. The lipstick is weighted and matte with raised lettering similar to that of the mascara. 'Kylie Jenner' wraps around the base of the component in silver. In line with the rest of her products, the pink has a beautiful matte finish overall. The final touches: the lip drip logo raised on top of the cap, and 'Kylie' on the lipstick bullet itself (credit to Marine Vallée for that one)." - Kate
